All purchases are subject to our return policy, and any discount codes issued in relation to sizing or fit are considered final. Products acquired through such means are not eligible for return or exchange — for they have already been tailored to meet a moment of understanding between us and the collector.

We reserve the right to respectfully limit or decline orders, whether from specific individuals or regions, when necessary to protect the integrity of our brand and its values.

DELIVERY

At Reynor, every timepiece is prepared and dispatched with the same care that goes into its creation. Once your order is placed, it enters a meticulous process of preparation — ensuring that each watch reaches you as intended, in both form and spirit.

If a package remains uncollected within 14 days of its arrival, a handling fee of up to 50% of the purchase price may be applied to cover administrative and logistical costs.

Should your order be marked as “delivered” but not received, we kindly ask that you first consult your local delivery provider. If the shipment is verified as lost in transit, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution upon receipt of proper documentation.

While we cannot assume responsibility for packages confirmed as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen, our team remains available to review such cases with empathy and fairness — offering replacements or assistance where appropriate.

RETURN POLICY

Because every Reynor timepiece is handcrafted with deliberate care, we accept returns only within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must remain in their original, unworn condition and include all accompanying packaging and documentation.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our fulfillment operations are based in Asia, and all returns must be sent accordingly.

ORDER PROCESSING POLICY

Each order begins its journey the moment payment is confirmed. Please ensure all details are correct before submission.
If you wish to make changes, contact us immediately — we will make every effort to accommodate your request before the order proceeds to shipment. Once in transit, modifications may no longer be possible.

FAILED DELIVERIES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

To ensure a seamless experience, please verify your shipping details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Should an order be returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refunds cannot be issued. However, we will gladly reship your order at no additional cost once the correct details are provided.

While we work with trusted carriers, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

RESHIPMENT POLICY

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is confirmed lost during shipment, we will promptly send a replacement at no cost to you.
To assist us, please provide relevant documentation — including photographs or videos — to help us resolve the matter efficiently.

Once a resolution has been reached (such as a replacement or partial refund), no further compensation or claims will be accepted for the same issue.

DISCOUNT USAGE & PROMOTIONS

Promotional offers and discount codes are designed to reward attention and engagement. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct steps are followed when applying them.
For example, in a “Buy 1 + Get 1” promotion, both items must be present in the cart for the offer to apply.

If a promotion is not correctly applied at checkout, we are unable to retroactively adjust or issue compensation. However, we remain committed to clear communication so that every client may fully benefit from our seasonal offerings.
