Because each watch is created and prepared to order, we begin the making process shortly after your purchase. This ensures that every piece receives the individual attention it deserves.

However, if your order arrives and does not meet the standard of excellence we promise, we invite you to reach out. We’ll carefully review your concern and work to find the most fitting resolution — whether through repair, replacement, or another thoughtful solution.

Returns

A Thoughtful Process

At Reynor, each watch is made with intention — and I want every client to feel a genuine connection to their piece. If, however, your watch does not meet your expectations, I’ll gladly guide you through a careful return process.

Timeframe:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Beyond this period, each watch is considered part of your personal collection and can no longer be accepted for return or exchange. Please note that, due to our made-to-order process, cancellations are not available once an order has been confirmed.

Condition:
To qualify for a return, your timepiece must remain in its original, unworn condition, complete with all packaging, documentation, and accompanying materials. Any sign of wear or alteration will void eligibility, as each watch is handled as a collectible creation.

How to Begin:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@reynorwatches.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request. You will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your piece.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Reynor, and all returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment atelier.

Every Reynor timepiece is created with devotion — and the same care extends to every return. Once your watch reaches our atelier, it undergoes a careful assessment to ensure it meets our return standards.

You’ll be notified personally once the review is complete. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed through your original method of payment.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account — a small window of time to complete what we view as a gesture of mutual respect and understanding.

If a refund seems delayed, please allow a little time for your financial institution to complete its process — some transactions take longer to appear depending on the policies of your bank or card provider.

• Checking with your bank to ensure the transaction is not pending

Although each Reynor watch is meticulously inspected before it leaves our hands, the rare instance of damage or defect is treated with the utmost seriousness.

If your timepiece arrives in less than perfect condition, please email service@reynorwatches.com with your order details and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will carefully review your case and provide tailored guidance for a replacement or repair.
