At Reynor, every timepiece is made with purpose β a result of careful craftsmanship and personal attention. However, should you wish to return your watch, we ask that it be done within a respectful timeframe and with the same care we put into its creation.
Timeframe:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges, as each piece is crafted and prepared with individual precision.
Cancellations:
Because we begin processing each order immediately to ensure timely fulfillment, order cancellations cannot be accepted once your purchase has been confirmed.
Condition:
To qualify for a return, your timepiece must remain unworn and in its original condition, accompanied by all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Watches showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return.
